Dorms:
Available at Palmers Lodge Swiss Cottage and Palmers Lodge Hillspring.
Take the load of your feet in our comfortable dorms most of which are equipped with solid hand crafted bunk beds made from wood recovered from the historic Chelsea Barracks. Most rooms have a sink and plenty of under bed storage space, as well as key or padlock operated secure lockers.
Executive Double en-suite:
Available at Palmers Lodge Hillspring and Palmers Lodge Mapesbury.
Stay in style in our Executive Double en-suite rooms. Every room has a double bed a TV, tea and coffee facilities, desk, chairs and spacious en-suite facilities.
Twin En-Suite:
Available at all sites.
Our Twin (two single beds in bunk form) en-suites are equipped with solid bunk beds, chairs and security lockers.
Key Card Security System
Available at Swiss Cottage and Willesden Green.
Feel secure in knowing that your room can only be accessed by the use of a proximity key card issued at reception. These cards allow restricted access to wings of the building, to your particular room and to your locker in your room (Hillspring site) . Swiss Cottage site operates ving card electronic locks as well but due to our unique boutique design the underbed storage lockers are padlock operated.
Individual in-room lockers and outside storage room:
Available at Swiss Cottage and Willesden Green.
Every guest is given access to a large, in-room locker which can only be opened by your room key or padlock key but for larger items we provide storage in our secure luggage roms free of charge for the lenght of your stay.
Free WiFi:
Available at Swiss Cottage and Willesden Green.WIFI is available at Palmers Lodge Mapesbury for a nominal charge
Most of the common areas in Palmers Lodge properties are covered by a free Wi-Fi network. See reception for W.E.P. key.
Free Internet Terminals:

Didn’t bring your computer? No problem, use ours! See reception to reserve time on one of our desktop computers which are completely free to use!
Continental Breakfast included:
Start the morning off right with a complimentary continental breakfast, served daily between 7:30am and 10.00am in our restaurants. The free breakfast includes cereal, toast, jams, fruit, croissants, tea, coffee and juice. Upgrades of eggs or beans can be purchased at reception/bar.
Restaurant:
In the evening you can dine in our Scullery Restaurant at Swiss Cottage or "The Bike Shed" Restaurants at Hillspring Willesden. Both offer a selection of meals to suit all tastes and budgets. Bars:
There’s nothing better after a long day of sightseeing than sitting down in a comfortable chair and enjoying a cold drink. Come and relax in our comfortable bars, and treat yourself to a wide selection of domestic and imported beers, wine, and non alcohol drinks. As the sun goes down the adjoining outdoor decking is an ideal place to meet with friends and recap the day’s travels, or to plan the night ahead.Please note that Palmers Lodges operate "responsible retailer" policy and under 18 are not allowed to purches drinks or spend time at the bars.
Lounges:
Hang out with old friends, or meet some new ones in our spacious lounge and reception areas. Catch the latest sports game or news from around the world on the flat screen TVs and relax in one of our many designer leather couches. 24 hours tea and cofee facilities, smal snooker table, LCD TV, computer terminals, library, information board and usefull leaflets are brand standard for Palmers Lodge lounges.
Reading and contemplation Room:
Available at Hillspring Lodge.
The reading room provides a welcome retreat for those wanting a bit of peace and quiet away from the main areas. Sink into a comfortable chair with a good book or just contemplate the day’s activities.
Luggage Storage:
Available at all sites.
A secure luggage room is available free of charge for those arriving before check in time.
Security Lockers:
Available at all sites.
If you are carrying something more valuable and don’t want to take it with you, hire one of our secure lockers. If you are going away for a few days and then coming back, these are ideal to store all that stuff that you don’t want to drag around with you on a short trip. A small charge is applicable.
Safes:
We understand you want to stay connected whilst travelling but don’t want the stress of leaving your laptop out in the open. We have a number of state of the art NSP laptop safes which can be rented from reception to give you piece of mind while you sight-see or travel. Charge applies.
In-house laundrettes:
Available at all sites.
There are a number of coin operated washing machines and dryers available for guest use, as well as an iron and ironing board. Washing pouder can be purchased from our reception.
Telephones:
For those not wanting to use Skype on one of the guest computers ( loan the headset from reception) we also have a payphone and courtesy phone to receive incoming calls.
The Hillspring Hall & Conference Room:
One of the unique features of Palmers Lodge – Hillspring at Willesden Green is our large activity hall. This can be used by groups wanting some activity space, conference or rehearsal room. Please check our events page for details.
Parking:
Available at all sites.
There is a limited number of parking spaces on our sites allocated to hostel guests cars only. Instructions and a car park permit will be given at the reception.
24hr Reception:
Our receptions are staffed 24hrs a day by the fully trained employees who have fire marshall and first aid certificates. Check in to your room any time after 2pm, but feel free to arrive earlier and make use of our facilities. Check out time is 11am, and remember luggage storage is available if you arrive earlier, or want to depart later.
Self-Catering:
Available at Hillspring and Mapesbury only.
A small self catering kitchen and fridge is provided so you can prepare your own food, but large groups may need to make other arrangements to ensure everyone gets a fair go.
Shop & Tickets :
Reception is stocked with a range of souvenirs, tickets for attractions, and other useful items you may have forgotten in your travels.
BBQ Facilities :
The decking areas are equipped with a BBQ and seating for guest use, so there’s no reason not to ‘throw another shrimp on the barbie ’. Contact reception and bar for instruction.
Gardens:
Palmers Lodge properties are surrounded by trees, grass and greenery, which make them ideal in the summer months to sit outside and catch the London sun.
